The Official AT&T Release of KornShell 93
AT&T has released KornShell as open source. Distributions of source and binaries can be obtained through the AT&T website by downloading the ast-ksh package. Click here to download from the AT&T web site.
Some examples of functions and scripts are located here. You can download code to handle CGI scripting, key bindings, argument parsing, etc.
Dtksh, the Desktop KornShell comes standard with CDE. It is an extension of ksh93 that contains a set of builtin commands to interface with Motif.
Tksh is another extension of KornShell that supports the Tk graphics library. In addition, it can interpret unmodified Tcl scripts, sharing the same name space and command space between each language. More information about Tksh can be found here.
